Terms and Conditions

The following are the terms and conditions applicable when purchasing the Curry Nation UK discount card and all the offers displayed on the Curry Nation UK Website that are available by purchasing the Curry Nation UK discount Card.

1. Offers are subject to availability.

2. Each offer carries different terms & conditions of use. All card holders are advised to check the terms of each offer carefully before use. Read each offer carefully for valid dates and time restrictions. If in any doubt, please contact the restaurant / take away directly before travelling.

3. Curry Nation UK makes no warranty as to the suitability of either the restaurant premises, or the quality or availability of their product, service, food or drink. Should you find yourself dissatisfied with the service or product offered to you, please take up any complaint directly with the Restaurant/take away. We are happy to receive reports from members on very poor service provided at restaurants and take aways but regret that we cannot act on your behalf in pursuing any complaint or claim.

4. Curry Nation UK will not be responsible if any establishment breaches its contract or refuses to accept The Curry Nation UK valid discount card. However, it will attempt to secure compliance.

5. All discounts and offers are valid on presentation of a valid discount Card. Expired Discount Cards will not be accepted. Please carry your Discount Card with you. A reservation is not essential when redeeming a Partner Restaurant offer but it is advised. Offers are void without a valid discount card. Please also mention Curry Nation UK at the time of booking and at the time of ordering. Present your discount card when requesting the bill. Dining offers are subject to availability.

6. Present your discount card to a participating restaurant / take away to receive your discount. You may not combine the offer with any other promotion, offer, or individual or group discount.

7. Any use of an offer in violation of these rules will render the offer void and Curry Nation UK will pursue all legal remedies available to it by the law.

8. Curry Nation UK offers are subject to change without notice and are correct at the time of going to print.

9. Partner Restaurant Prices are subject to Change without notice and are correct at time of going to print.

10. In respect of 2 for 1 offers, this offer enables a card holder to obtain 2 main courses for the price of 1. It does not include drinks, starters or side orders unless stated and applies to 2 diners only. Parties in excess of this will need further valid cards eg, 4 diners would need 2 discount cards.

11. Unless otherwise specified delivery dates of discount cards will always be within 21 days. However, all delivery dates are given only for general guidance and we will not be held liable in any way for late delivery of the discount Card. Delivery will be by Royal Mail.

12. Replacement discount card costs £10.00, irrespective of the reason you require such replacement discount card.

13. Curry Nation UK discount cards are not valid for use on major holidays, including those below, even if the offer states that it is valid at any time: New Year's Eve/Day, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father’s Day and Christmas Eve/Day. If in doubt, please check with the outlet concerned.
